SCAM ARTISTS!!
I did try to call them. MANY MANY MANY times, but a message keeps coming up that "because of high call volume, wait times are longer than normal". Being on the line for HALF AN HOUR isn't normal. I don't think there are any operators working there since Metrostyle has apparently gone broke. Hence the credit card charges out of the blue and no refunds when people return items.

Never Received Merchandise
I purchased 2 pairs of jean-like leggings from Metrostyle in November 2011. I never received the merchandise so I tried calling them. I called all hours of the day and night and received no response. After a time, the phone even disconnected and dropped the line! I finally got ahold of a customer service representative in January and told them what happened. They said I would receive a refund for the order amount in 7-21 business days. I asked if he could give me a reference number or if I needed any other information as a reference and he said I didn't need one and that I would be receiving the refund soon. I checked my credit card and I never received a refund!!! I tried calling Metrostyle several more times with no response so I went to my credit card company and filed a complaint. The complaint for the refund was refused by Metrostyle and my credit card company sent me a letter showing that. How can I resolve this if Metrostyle will not respond and I am unable to get ahold of a real person who can help me?
