Scam!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased Metlife Dental Insurance this year and I was left unsatisfied with the service! The insurance company sent me a BILL to pay for the visits to the dentist!! That is not how it works! I have read all the conditions, and chose the Dr. and the clinic where my bills were suppose to be paid by the insurance company later!!! And yet they want me to pay from my pocket now!

Even the Dr. himself wrote a letter to the company saying that I have provided my insurance when I came there to have my tooth done. This is a total scam!!!!!! I am not going to leave it like this! There will be a case filed against Metlife!!!!!
