they're overcharging and scamming people
These mechanics are just scamming people, they took our car, hold it for 5 days idle, then ask to buy a battery for it which we agreed, then called us that the car was there for too long and when we arrived there we realized that its a fraud because of the price for the battery! Even the manager there said he's quitting this job because it's a fraud. They refused to give the money back. People, don't bring your vehicles to them!

failed with the oil change
Highly unprofessional people are working at this place! I went there for the oil change and they failed to do it and when I left the station suddenly the light turned on. I went back but everyone refused me in help, stating that I had problems with my car and this is not their fault. In other service everything was fixed in 20 mins. MEINEKE is horrible place and I will never go there again!

Ruined my oil pump
When I went there I needed my oil to be changed. I picked up the car and noticed that the check engine light was on. I went back and they could not explain it. I later found out that the oil pump was broken. I had to fix it, and it cost me $1000! Will never use their services again…

Bob and Annette - liars
This company must be avoided! Their owners Bob and Annette are shameless liars who will never provide offered services and steal your money! By a mistake I made a deal with them and I just wasted my money for services I never received. Beware and better stay away from this scam!

Consumer, beware and be careful! This car service must be avoided! I took my car there and they never fixed problems which I asked them to fix. They just hide them and charged me as for they were fixed and later they refused me in a warranty repair and I was treated like a junk. Beware and be careful dealing with them!

poor service, thieves!!
Meineke is a total fraud! I took my car there for a repair, I had to install new transmission, but these people during the service just stole some new details from my car and installed used and damaged instead. When I discovered that I contacted their supports service and complained, but they just laughed in my face. Beware and don't allow them to fool you, better avoid this company!
