bad service
Good Afternoon,
I would like to complaint on the bad services provided by MCD. Below is the story for your reference :-
Order Item : Porridge Large, Nuggets, Sundae Strawberry
Date Of Oder : 04/9/2013.
Time : 12.10pm
Order No : 51264
I call as per above mention details and promise delivery will be within 45 minutes from the order time. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I call back on at 1pm. I have been told by your Customer Service Call Attenders that my order will be confirm with the nearest outlet and being told that Outlet manager of Rawang will call me, but after waiting for about 15 minutes i call back at 1.15pm and again being told that Outlet manager will call me. Received call form your Outlet Manager at 1.30pm and being told that the delay is because of the rider problem, short of rider left only 1 old rider. For your information, rider is your INTERNAL PROBLEM nothing to do with YOUR CUSTOMER. Supposingly your CALL ATTENDERS should INFORM ME EARLY THE MOMENT I PLACE MY ORDER , NOT AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS THEN ONLY INFORM ME!!! THIS IS VERY RIDICULOUS!!. 1.45 pm I RECEIVED CALL AGAIN FROM THE OUTLET MANAGER AND BEING TOLD THAT THEY ARE ON THE WAY!!!! I THEN HAVE CANCELL MY ORDER.......THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER.......VERY,VERY BAD SERVICE......KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER URGENTLY!!!!

bad service
went to drive-thru near klang central and bought 3bigmac and 1spicy chicken mcdeluxe. the bigmac look smaller than usual and the amount of accessories they put on my burger are very few i will attach the picture of my bigmac.. hope the workers never take it easy while prepared our food and also the employees concerned about this..tq
