THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I NEED MUY MONEY BACK...!!!
By means of this note, I would like to request very warmly the total refund of the discounted money of my account as payment of an air ticket and the payment of a fine corresponding to a change made by me in said passage, in a conversation held with an employee of United airline, he let me know that this was not correct since the change was made in less than 24 hours and the value of the ticket changed was less than the ticket purchased. Thank you in advance for the full and fast refund of all the money that you have loaded from my account, since I need to buy my ticket again. I appreciate your prompt response, as I will continue to request the above before the corresponding media.,,,,
