Wow, lucky I read all these comments. Yesterday I was at AP Sentosa. Sales agent was Amy Thang. There were many customers. Business seems to be good. I Was looking for Filipino maids biodatas. Got many choices. I have not made any confirmation or payment yet. Now not too sure. As for Mount Blue a friend recommended. Got 1 maid available. But age too old, so still undecided. Is it true that there are more bad agents than good agents?

I would recommend pma (precision manpower agency). They are good. Maids given basic training in mail a before they fly here and the counseling by a phillipino is also very effective. I have recommended many friends to this agent. Sometimes it very important to have a good agent to fall back to in case of problems with the maid...

Thank god for the time all of you sparing to give comments. They are very useful because I too when through bad experiences of the maids taken from few agencies and finally thinking of taking from AP sentosa Klang. After reading the comments i dont think ll take maids from that agency.

Hi there, i need to employ a maid also and get some info from PMA & Sri Nadin, the price from PMA is more cheaper then Sri Nadin and they provide many biodata to choose from, i only scares if the salary is cheaper the maids is not good enough... hire maid is really so headache nowdays. any one can recommend a good agency with a good after sales services ? thanks

my agency now is agensi bukit tinggi perkerjaan, at first the lady that served me, but after i got the maid delayed almost a week, she quited, and i have to deal to the boss and other;s staff which is not really responsible and no follow up at all.This is the first tim i applied maid, I thought the permit is done at the beginning of signning contract.But after 2nd year i didn; get any phone call to remind me for the permit, then i tried to call them a couple of times, no one seems to care until i got my holiday end of december i went personally to the office, only notice the permit is overdued for half of year, and now my compound offered is rm2100, worst is I have to appeal personally at the imegresen which also driving me crazy, wasted my time to call them for a week to find out when is my appeal approved, but no one pick up the call, I;m very dissapointed with both of the services, which really cause me very stressful and troublesome, now I want to change to the new agency and I found most agency price has gone up to double, feel like they are sucking blood, found PMA price is quite reasonable, only worried is the bad service again, hope someone can give me advice about this agency, we don;t mind paying but just hope to get a good service after paying..

management seem very sincere when settle the problem.

Rude services after collected money
Recently i had applied for a maid from Sri Nadin Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, the sales agent helped to process my application named kei kei, who seems to be long served employee there. At first everything seems fine, she gave us the impression that the Filipino maid will come after CNY, so after CNY i made called to her few times throughout 2 weeks, she keeps telling will call back, but i did not received any feedback, until i called her again to tell i need to know the status at least, she suddenly became so rude and said the contract is not out yet and she cant do anything, for a layman, i don't understand what is mean by contract not out, when i need further clearence again she said will call me back, i frankly commented her that she never call me back as she promised earlier, and i just need to know the status and roughly when the maid can come, not intended scolding her for late arrival of the maid. She suddenly scolded me saying that i was unreasonable and she don't want to talk to me, i was furious, wanted to get her superior number but she refused to give me the name and the contact number. She said loudly, she got customer in front of her, she cannot entertain me, EXCUSES ME!!! i am also her customer and i made all the payment as she requested. I JUST NEED TO KNOW THE STATUS!!!! What a rude service! After the whole thing, i decided to launch a complaint to her superior by calling her office, finally knew that her superior will not allow customer to call her directly, and we have to go through the office, i wonder, if there is so, how can the management knew the bad attidude and services provided? i called to other branches trying to get the phone number of the superior, when i mentioned i need to complain a sales agent in main branch, immediately other branch personnel asked me is it kei kei that i wanted to complain, it was clearly stated to me that this kei kei, is indeed well known of her bad attitude. I feel so regret to apply maid there, felt like being cheated. I fairly commented, maybe the agensi has no problem, but if they are not going to concern about the services provided and willing to updates customer for information, their services is imcompatible compared to small agency.

PMA maid agency review
Dear all,
This is for public awareness so others do not fall victim to unscrupulous maid agencies & the challenges involving non-compliance of court awards.
Agensi Pekerjaan PMA (Penang HQ with branches in Alor Setar, Puchong & Cheras) has committed criminal offense of not abiding in MORE THAN ONE award handed down by the Tribunal Court.
I had my court hearing with PMA on 4th September 2014. Thanks to social media, I came to know of a lady in the same dilemma as me. In both hearings, the judge has awarded us monetary refund due to misrepresentation & incompetent maids who ran away just weeks into their employment.
PMA has not only defied the 14 days deadline to pay the award but has ignored appointments fixed by the Ministry of Trade & Consumerism enforcement officers to investigate their non-compliance. This has been dragging on in the past 6 months.
To date, we have served PMA through our lawyer the Notice 218 which gives them a 21 days deadline. They ignored this too!!
I just want JUSTICE!!!
P/s: AP INNOVEDGE & AP PMA shared exactly the same info contents on each of their websites. Why?? Just FYI for employers to be careful!!

I recently approached a company innovedge. Have some issues regarding maid salary. Innitialy told me maid salary is rm 1200. After postponing the delivery of maid for a month . Suddenly informing that salary increased to rm 1400 after i have paid rm5000. How do i proceed from here?can anybody help me. Why cant

Dishonest Agent - AP Sentosa
AP Sentosa - i was cheated by the agent. After the maid came for 2 weeks, but 1 week training at AP Sentosa, 1 week at my house, they call me to check the performance of the maid and knowing is good. The next day, the maid ran away. I did not suspected AP Sentosa did it. They replace another on urgent basis, this one was rejected by earlier employer whom work for almost 5 months. Due to urgency, i tried her. After 3 weeks, i found that she's quite good. Of coz take patient and time to train her up. AP called me again to check on her performance, i told them she is good. The next day, the maid disappeared during evening time. My kids and baby was too small, the door & gate open and lucky nothing happened to my kids.
I have to pay daily wages to my first maid even the maid was training at AP Sentosa, they charged at RM75/day. The 2nd maid still have to pay daily wages and other fees. I have to pay all the fees to get new one, as consider as new application. I pay again without suspect.
After 1 month plus, i got new maid. The same thing happened that maid disappeared after phone calls to check the maid performance.
I don't trust AP anymore, as it happend 3 times to me that maid disappeared after 3 phone calls.
My sister the same, but my sister able to find out the maid immediately after she ran away, she force her to tell the truth, then the maid said, agent asked them to ran away and pay them extra.
Oh ! my sister was shocked and not trusting the agent anymore.
