ILLEAGAL CONSTRUCTION

There are various encroachment being carried out by the anti-social elements in the Khasra No. 316, Village-Lado Sarai, Near Mehrauli, New Delhi, which is a DDA Land as per revenue records. A total of 8 bigha and 2 biswa land was acquired and placed at the disposal of the DDA. But, the DDA has not taken any action in to the same and the process continues even till date. You will be surprised to know that even the land grabbers and anti-social elements have been able to grab all the land and even have erected huge buildings and given on rent and using for commercial purposes. In the village Lado Sarai, which is also in the Khasra no. 316, named as MUTHOOT FINANCE has been opened and the same is running on the said encroached land. The land grabber is taking the rent in lakhs of rupees from the same from the Muthoot finance. The entire area of the said Khasra is under the encroachment and residential and commercial buildings have come up on the same and the same are used as per the wish of the land grabbers. The land grabbers bribe the DDA officers and take the advantage of the same. There are similar other encroachments in the said Khasra of land which are near to the above of Muthoot finance.
I have made complaints from time to time. Recently, I noticed a fresh case of land grabbing and un-authorised construction, I made a written complaint to the DDA. I contacted th officers over telephone and even met personally to the deputy director, DDA, concerned (Shri Aggarwal). I also spoke to shri jagpal over telephone no.9210914797, who assured me for action and told me that he will go through the SIZRA of the area and will then see if action can be taken if the land belongs to them. I also made a complaint again in writing. But, to my surprise, no action taken by the said officer. I have been reminding the DDA authorities that their land is under encroachment but no action taken by the. The assets of the DDA are being encroached by the land grabbers. Sir, it is the duty of the Land management department of the DDA to take action in such cases but no action taken. It is also learnt that he has mixed up with the land grabbers and promoting the grabbers to grab the land. A large number of complaints have been made from time to time but no visible action taken by any one till date. The land grabbers and the DDA staff is mixed up and it is the common answer of the DDA that the “ area is a built up one and the actual physical possession could not be taken in the past”. This is a lame excuse. On this lame plea, the land grabbers are getting benefits and making new and fresh encroachments.
