bad product
I know. I've bought sheets, for hundreds of dollars, straight from the website. They pilled in the first month. And when I called customer service, they were no help. They tried to make me pay even more money to get them replaced. Nothing but bullshit.

Good Product
I have purchased Donato Long Staple Combed Turkish Cotton Towels direct from website. The stuff was good and I was wonder that after five months still the towels are fine to use. Thanks for the nice one.
