impossible to get a refund, overcharge

This company sends you a trial kit for a low price and if you fail to send it back within 2 weeks they charge you 110$. This is actually stated when you place the order. But what is not stated is the fact that if you fail to send it back within those 2 weeks you also get signed up for a monthly subscription for 70$/month!! That’s a scam!!!
