Horrible service

Horrible service. Random drivers do not come on time or show up. You schedule appointment in advance and drivers either show 3 hours early or 2 hours late or just don’t show up at all. I live in a private community and security is constantly calling me asking permission to let drivers in because they do not have company vehicle indicating Logisticare name. Drivers call you at random times asking if they can pick you when it’s convenient for them. They don’t read nor follow instructions. You can’t schedule a whole week of transportation either, only 3 days at a time. The most horrible transport service I have ever used. Horrible
