how dare u take money out of my bank account.this is not right and iv contacted lincolnshire police and trading standards about yourselfs...iam a single mother and you took my child benifit u evil people..i will not give up untill u have replaced ''my 6month olds benifits''...

this loan options ,net has just taken 58.45 from my 16 year old daughters bank account ,, she gets an attendance allowance for staying on at school and is not even old enough to arrange a loan ,, she has no ida how they even got her details

loanoptions is a rip off for no reason there just take my money, an what ther are sayin to me is i look on der web page so i have to pay for that.i got text saying that i was preaprove for loan, so i went an try and get this loan but when i got to the end of the form saw that der were a middle man so i stop.an on th 26/ 1 /012 loanoption take 58.54 out of my account, when i phone them an ask about it, i was told i could not get it back becouse pay for a service wat service.i did not det not help of geting any money.i talk to a manager over the phone he told that has to keep 15 pounds of my money to pay for chages an he will retrun 43.00 pounds to my acount, still haven recive this money and was left no money for the weekend with my childern.what can i do to get money back can any one help.this my [email protected] company just take my money an telling me der can not put it back right away it has to take five working days why.

Unathorised debits
these idiots scammed me, they have taken money out of my account and text me to say so. I never even loaned money from them i was just checking if i could get a loan but it wasn't suitable for me. I am going to chase it up!

These cowboys have also debited from my account, I am in Sweden until next Wednesday so I cannot chase it up from here. Needless to say the debit was unauthorised and I am rather upset.

Charged me without permission
They are constantly ringing and texting me, they have just took money out of my bank account for no reason at all i suggest no one gets a lone off these it's a SCAM!!! does anyone no how i can get in touch with them and email them???

I signed up to their siteto see what they could offer me, now I have paid £58 to do so, who the hell do they think they are, I went to them to try and help me with money and now they take £58 without my authorisation!!!

I looked for a short term loan and must have come across this site. When it was quite clearly one of these sites that bounce you onto another, I gave up. I
Signed no contract with them. Anyway couple of weeks later, best part of £60 came out my account. I threatened them with reporting them to the police for theft and to report them to FSA.
They tried to phone me, and left emails and texts stating they needed to speak to me. After querying this in an emailed response, they claimed it was for security reasons. Again, I emailed querying this, as everything has been done online and they were happy to claim they had a "membership" created and to take money from my account without ever talking to me.
Got an email stating they were cancelling the "memberships" and providing a refund! Still to see if the refund comes through, but I suppose the message I'm trying to get across is this:
1. Be very careful what you're doing and avoid this mob like the plague.
2. If you are caught out, threaten them with police, FSA and court procedure to recover the money
3. Don't speak to them.
4. Persist! Stick to your guns and they might back down!

Once again money taken out my account without my permission . i will be contacting the police over this,have spoken to someone on the phone and promissed me to call back but im not going to hold my breath so i just want my money back

refund my money
you take 64.70 pounds from my acc . in 29.11.2013 with out my authorisation and i take in touch with them in next 10 min and i send a letter for cancellation and in next two weeks i sopose to have my money in my account but nothing and today i call again they tall me they have my letter but my money still is not in my account
