this company will screw you
LG Medical Supply should reexamine their return policy, especially in this day and age of internet commerce. Restocking fee? Seriously? My unit was defective, would not turn off using the power button. I also ordered extra electrodes and wires...they consider these "disposable" items and do not credit their cost. I'm reporting them to the BBC, challenging the credit card charge, and submitting a company complaint to Amazon.com (even though I ordered directly from LG...they are an Amazon vendor and should not be allowed to have the return policy that they have).

ordered tens unit, asked cust service for a unit for older, disabled person with vision problems, and difficulty with use of hands. they suggested the Quad unit for $173.00. Received unit, but never used it, due to contraindication mentioned in very small print manual. No return information on site, did not received return label or information with delivery of unit. Have called LG Medical Supply company for return information since 5-24-12, just keep getting recording to leave message with name and phone number. Have called 8 times since then, no one ever returns call or e-mails with requested information. Find it odd that they will reply in person in sales dept. to try and sell you a unit, but will not provide return information even after numerous requests? Seems to be fraudulent on their part. The unit is very cheap quality and expensive. Do not buy from this company, they are a rip off, seem to take advantage of people, especially when the customer is in pain and desperate!

Mislead on shipping
I ordered items on a Friday AM, and after talking to customer service, was told that I could get guaranteed overnight shipping. In my book, that means that I will receive it Saturday. I paid $59.99 for this. Items didn't arrive until Monday. LG tells me that I neglected to indicate I wanted Saturday shipping for $79.99. I was never told this, only that Overnight shipping for $59.99 would get my items on Saturday. They won't do anything...I will not order from them again. Note: that numerous phone messages have not been returned.
