Very poor quality hot tub

I am very disappointed in this company and I will NEVER buy anything from Laguna Bay again. I bought the Spa model X-6 only 27 months ago and the heater caught on fire and totally destroyed the entire inside of the hot tub. When I contacted the Technical support at Laguna Bay they were very rude and non-professional to me on the phone. I emailed them the photos of the fire damage and they basically told me that after 24 months the hot tub is no longer under warranty and they would not work with me at all. PLEASE....don't make the mistake my family and I did. NEVER buy a hot tub from Laguna Bay. It was a total waste of over $5,000.00 I totally regret it now.....Do your research on this company.
