Non-Delivery of Product

dear Sir/madam,
I had placed an order for 2 pairs of Ladies shoes on 3rd August, 2018 (Order No. SO37403504). However, the product hasn't been delivered to Kaine Felocy yet. When I made a few calls to both Clubfactory and Xpressbees, the customer care executives told me that the product has already been delivered. In this regard, we would like to tell you that no one has ever contacted us on our numbers or delivered the product. I request you to kindly do the needful to deliver the product at the earliest. A sum of Rs. 2255/- has already been debited from my a/c towards cost of the product. Hope to hear from you,
