Bad quality, Bad Service
One of their sale's people called and offered us a free month trial of their service. After receiving the equipment we tried it and the connection was poor so we decided to cancel. After calling to cancel they said that they would send us a shipping label so that we could return the equipment but after waiting for several weeks and unsucessfully calling several more times we decided to dispute the charge on our credit card so that they wouldn't be able charge us for still having their equipment. Now they actually started to care now that they didnt' have our money anymore. We received several calls trying to get us to keep their service and everytime they had no idea what was going on since they obviously don't communicate with each other. They still haven't sent us a shipping label to return the equipment and now tthey're saying that since we didn't send back the equipment within the first month they aren't responsible for paying for the shipping, even though they were the ones who never sent us a shipping label. We will be shipping back their equipment ourselves so we can finally be rid of this ridiculous company.
