wrong info on nonstop ticket
i specifically booked a nonstop flight from DCA to LAX for $277.00. but end up the flight stopped at PHX for almost 1 1/2 hours.i call then to refund the partial airfare. their answer is NO. Because that 1 1/2 hour stop at PHX was not considered a layover. this is cheating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i won't buy from justfly from now on. and also everyone needs to be carefully if you buy airfare from them.

Made reservations with Justfly for a round trip from Sacramento to South Carolina, they reserved our seats for a charge of 31.50, gave us seat numbers said we were ready to go. A few days before our flight I checked the airlines website to see where our seats were. When I checked the website, our assigned seats were taken. I called American Airlines and they informed me that they do not reserve seats from travel agents, I had to reserve new seats at a cost of an additional $192.00. I called Justfly and told them what happened and that they owed me $192.00. They refused my request but they did refund my $31.50. They knew there was going to be a problem, but to keep the price low they made up the seat assignments that they knew were unacceptable to the airlines. These people are a fraud.

DO NOT USE JUSTFLY
You are better off booking directly through the airline. I needed to make a change on a flight I booked to depart 2 days later and they would not do it. I was willing to pay a change fee and the change in fare but still, they could not help me. If I booked directly through the airline, this would be no problem. I have spent hours, literally...HOURS on hold with JustFly to try to get this changed. Each representative told me something different. How is that possible. Ive been calling the representatives for 2 weeks straight, nobody can help me. I shouldnt have to call back this company several times to fins someone who can help me, at least tell me if it is best to cancel my reservation and rebook. Changes in travel can not be avoided sometimes, I need to be able to trust the party that I book with. No fare is worth this misery. It is absolutely ridiculous that I can not change my flight to leave 2 days later. I will NEVER use JustFly again and I will be sure that no one I know uses this website. This is one of the worst experience I have had with travel...a simple reservation has turned into a nightmare.
