Do not make the same mistake I made
I purchased a ticket for a domestic flight on justfly.com a few days before the departure. I received a confirmation of the booking with an airline record locator and a JustFly reference number. What I did not realize, was that the ticket that I had purchased was actually pending and never issued. When I arrived at the airport I was informed that I did not have a ticket and had to purchase a ticket at the price on the day of the flight.
When I called the customer service, the agent was not surprised by my situation, unhelpful and unapologetic. There is was no escalation option as agents appear to be unsupervised in the evening.
This is the worst online booking experience I have had in my 20 years of traveling within the US and abroad.
