Terrible experience
You work for them so you have to say that. The cars they sell are lemons. I got a car there on Wed evening, that wraggly mess had me walking 1am on Saturday night in the rain and cold beacuse it quit. They towed it found out that the engine was gone in the car. what a joke.

Rip off artist
Just wanted to that ya'll for posting your problems with jd by rider...I'm in the middle of a bankruptcy, and they have been sending me letters non stop. So i finally searched for the website and came across all these complaints for them. I am sooooo glad I did b/c without this info, I prolly would've wasted my time with them! WONT BE GOING NOW. HAHA. THANKS AGAIN ALL!!!

would not accept the money
I was late on my payment, but I had my reasons and I told the company about them. They said that I have to pay another $40.00 for being late. I wanted to do that, because I realized it was my fault, but they did not accept the money, and told me I was going to be in default.

HORRIBLE DEALSHIP
This dealership says they are in business to help people with bad credit. They over charge for the rotten cars they sell and if you are one day late in payments they send the feds for your car? What finance company tells the customers to go and borrow money from anyone or call and try to get another persons credit card to pay them this is not legal. Who are they? The service dept will not answer and they change the policy of service AND PATCH UP YOUR CAR. every month. The way they fix your payments you will owe them for life and never have a chance to pay off the cars because they do not last. The finance office is made up of all african american unprofessional black women all ages and illiterate as ever. How can these women explain finance when they look horrible and sound ghetto as ever? The so called head lead screams and talk to people asthough she is a saint and her staff acts just like her. They all think they ar perfect in all aspects of life. Please visit Glen Burnie MD Dundalk MD and Randallstown MD Locations and veiw and listen to the most unprofessional group of African American Baltimore women has to offer. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE ANOTHER LEAD IF YOUR CREDIT IS NOT THAT GOOD. Try a lead so you can breath and enjoy your car.
