Complaint against refund and services

Jabong is fake company
U r befooling the customers still u haven't refunded my amount..What the hell is going on 5 days are over i had resected the delivery than y amount is not still initiated from your side..

I have rejected/cancelled the product without accepting means i have cancelled it when it was with you people only than why still in my app it showing that its in transit

Customer care executives talk very rudly with the customers i m going to claim afile against it at online consumer forum..
Where the hell is product nw if u have not received..

5 days are over when you will initiate the refund after initation it would take 8 days more to come into account

U are befoolong the customers that it will take 4 days
But fFrstly u people initiate it..

Very poor services flipkart and Myntra. Is much better
