Debited the total sum for 2 unsent items out of 4 bought
Hi,
It's been a while since I've heard from its team regarding my complaint # 141018654463440 that's been dragging for more than a month now!!! The last update from Jabong was they are trying their best to send us the two pending articles, however an approximate date was not communicated. The delivery is taking too long and hence I asked for a refund as soon as possible. Even if they send me the missing products after a month I'm no longer interested in receiving the items after such a long period. In the begining everthing seems to have been working out fine, but this time (4the time I'm placing the order with them) I'm facing problem placing an order on your 'JABONG' website and to tell the truth I'm clearly unsatisfied with the customer client, they have debited the sum from an international credit card for two" unsent products" and still delaying to ship the products in question for no reason.
I'd like to escalate this matter to the higher people who would be able to respond with some comittement and rather not send me automated generated cmmon e-mails for all the complaints raised througth e-mails. You don't seem to be reactive and doing the needful. I've had a bad experience with this last order of mine on their website, looks like its will remain the last forever, no more checking for lates collection and offers on their website, such poor quality of customer service!
