I really doubt if I will ever buy from jabong.com again. I placed an order on 11-04-2012. Jabong.com site proclaims that they should ship the item with in 24hours and delivery within 5 working days. Well after 10 long days I'm still waiting. On 20-04-2012 they confirmed that they have shipped the item via DTDC tracking number V08341767 and put he blame on DTDC for the delay. I was advised to contact local courier office. Imagine the callousness of attitude. What do they think they are, a Government office? When I tried to track the number on DTDC site it could not be untraceable. I mailed to DTDC customer care. Today DTDC have confirmed that there is no such number on their database. My doubt is these Jabong people are pulling a bluff on me.
I am a frequent online shopper at flipkart, letsbuy, ebay, snapdeal, yebhi etc. This is the most disappointing experience I ever had. Delay in delivery is one thing, but bullshitting the customer is totally unacceptable.
Jabong.com have very poor customer service, their help line number 1 800 258 5555 is always busy. Lousy response for mails.
If someone from jabong.com really can help me please refund my money. Thank you.

I have Made a order online in jabong.com on 2nd may 2012 but didn't receive it yet whenever I called them they say, they have shipped the order and there is some issue at their logistics department so I cancelled the order but didn't receive the refund yet. Its a fake site cheating us to the core
