delivering

i am not getting this 1 month before i recieved a boots of jessi jordon via cash on delivery and it was so easy but today i want to buy another shoes but jabong is not shipping the products to kashmir i want an answer quick what is going on with you guys

Jabong return policy is a scam

Jabong return policy is a complete bogus one. No matter what pin code you try (GOA) , it says pick up service not available. And the call centre is of no help at all. Just a waste of time. They cant even tell me where in Goa they have pickup. Is this just a way of scamming the people? Can anyone tell me where (if anywhere) in goa Jabong does reverse pickup??

Wrong product

Hi,
This is with reference to the order number 150808310662091. The order was available when I placed it and it was then cancelled due to unavailability. The item was available again the very next morning but it was cancelled by then probably because I placed it at the lower price. The refund was initiated in my Jabong credit which I don’t need. I need the amount to be reflected in my bank account please from which the transaction was made. I am losing trust in Jabong as a similar thing happened with the order number 150707488130651, the wrong blouse was sent to me. The blouse that was sent was the one shown in the following link,

while the one I ordered was,

The resolution provided to me was that the amount will be refunded.

Why do you show a product as available when it is not? And why do you send a different product and fool your customers.


A) I want all the processed and the pending refunds to be transferred to my bank account and NOT jabong credits, as it is none of my fault.
B) I want a compensation for the troubles that Jabong has made me go through with both the orders placed.

I am not going to share any picture or any further details.

Complaint against refund

I have ordered a ptoduct but due to some reason i have cancelled it the reason was that it was just of half price on Myntra. As they are giving on JAbong.. so i didn't received the product i rejected the delivery but nw 8 days are over they are not returning my money from past 8 days they are saying wait for 4 days..

Even the product tracking is showing somthing elese

Customer care executives are behaving very rudly..

Ya qulatity of product is very bad even Flipkart and Myntra. Have good qualtit products and that too on less price than JAbong

Jabong is fake ...they are befooing the customers..

I would recoomed that pls never use JAbong

8 days are over even i have rejected the delivery ..but still they have returned my refund which i had made through online payment

Size of L is incorrect in the product. Its very small.

I have ordered a top and it was delivered today. the size which is placed ordered is L (Bust - 38 W - 30). Ordered 2 tops of L size , out of which one top is perfect in size(infact little loose), but the other top of L size is not fitting itself(not able to wear itself). the product has NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE. when the size is mentioned as L which has same size of L of other products, I have placed order of that product with L size. Now customer care people are not accepting the return request. this issue is not mine, the size of product delivered is not the L size, its S size. only in tag its mentioned as L. I need the same top or return process to be happened ASAP

Fraud Embezzled my Funds

Addressed to CNBC Pehredar,

I Paid the Jabong Company in advance for a Reebok Duffle bag, but company send me a Blank Parcel w/o any Bag.

Today their Customer Care Executive called me and refused to send me the Duffle bag for which I paid them in advance and they also refused to provide me the Refund.

After that the harassment began, neither they resend me the parcel with the product, neither did they refunded me the money.

I also requested them to Provide their CEOS Emails, which they refused over the phone.

My last resort will be to ask my Credit Card Company to initiate a Credit Card Charge back, but before that I request CNBC pehredaar to help me out with this.

Orders failing to dispatch

My first order which was a shopper bag by NEXT brand with order id 160914573412763 was not dispatched even after a week's time. When I mailed it on [email protected] , I was informed that the order is cancelled without explanation when it is still showing available on the website.

Now when I placed my second order for a top by NEXT brand with order id 160920614980483, again it's been more than a week and the order is not dispatched yet when it shows available on website. When I mailed it to Jabong, they are just taking time saying they are looking in to the matter somebody will call from jabong but no one does.

This has happened two times in a row for the same brand. If you guys cannot dispatch items for these brands why the he'll you put it on your website. I want to know the status of my order and the reason it got cancelled for .

Don't buy from Jabong unless you have Time to wait 1 month or more

Took 9 days to deliver this ORDER ID 180604495010331

Made an exchange request on 14th.Pickup not done till date(18th).
Pathetic logistics team! The estimated delivery date for replacement is 22nd,which in your case would be next month.

So I guess ordering from Jabong means, waiting for a month or more.

Product has got wings to fly away!!!

Pathetic customer satisfaction which they boast of I must say. After repeated remindes and many complaints made by me for my oder no. 180602428459 these Jobang people very nicely escaped from their duty of indemnifying me for the loss I have suffered. They say that my complaint was scrutinized by their risk and legal team being the highest esclamation department but I must say all of you are same ...the disloyals cunning people. They say that the product was dispatched to me in good untampered condition but then I think my Hidesign wallet has either got wings that it has flown away or they have the capability of turning invisible when opened by me. Very unsatisfactory response by so called one of the best online shopping sites "JABONG.COM" - the cheaters who think that I am lying or raising false complaint. For those who are innocent ....DO NOT EVER PLACE ORDER FROM THIS SITE AND THAT TOO NEVER EVER PLACE A PREPAID ORDER. I have suffered a loss just because it was a prepaid order and I was in a habit of placing prepaid orders alway otherwise it would have never happened with me. They very nicely cheat customers. One more thing I would like to clarify it's not the amount that matters to me much but the poor services that you are providing and the disgusting so called customer service policies. I have just wasted my time over calling these people and sharing every bit of information so many times. They just pretend to resolve the issue but all are the same. And one more thing if you are so sure and truthful why don't you share your so called evidences with me.

Auto cancellation

I ordered a pair of slippers on 30th sept.which is a birthday gift for my brother Order id 1090180-63623989247703 payment was done online and delivery date was 3rd October but on 4th the app showed my order is cancelled talked to the executive he said the product has gone out of stock thats why is got cancelled but the product is still there with same seller and same size i feel like that i am being duped.I mailed my grievance to the chief manager Jabong yesterday but got no reply till now.I need my product now you cannot just shut people like this i have been your loyal customer please help in resolving my issue.
You guys are becoming pathetic when it comes to customer satisfaction and relation.Pls help
