incompetence
iYogi is the largest independent remote tech support brand in the world. We have hundreds of thousands of happy subscribers in multiple geographies. In spirit of fair competition and ethical business practice, we would request you to refrain from posting comments that are defamatory. If there is a specific complaint, please write directly to us at [email protected], and we will get on it right-away. With the growing popularity of our brand, from time to time we encounter competitors posting negative and malicious information about us online. We take these issues seriously and have had to proceed with legal action in the past – you can find one such example of legal recourse with a competitor that was using negative posts to generate business here- http://dockets.justia.com/docket/california/candce/4:2011cv00592/238505/. However, your post seems to have been done inadvertently, and we would request you to remove this and refrain from posting about us in the future. We wish you luck with your business.

incompetence
I am not a competitor of iyogi nor do I intend to be. If my goal was to increase my own business then I would have also included the name of my business and contact information so that when my complaint was read the reader could be referred to me. I have enough business and do not want anymore thank you. My post was in fact very reserved. I simply stated facts and expressed my opinion without any profanity. Since this company has hundreds of thousands of customers they should not have to worry about the opinion of one person. I am also aware that a company of this size has more resources for legal expenses than myself and do not wish to waste my time or money in a court battle. It is my opinion that if iyogi is worried about their reputation then they should do the same thing I do and that is to make sure every customer is satisfied and not by threatening individuals such as myself with legal cost. Also let it be known that my original intentions upon returning to this site was to delete the original post and just let it go so that the other complaints could just speak for themselves. However it seems there is not an option to remove a posting from this site so I ask anyone reading this to ignore my original post and pretend it isn't there.
