scam
I too had a virus scan on a brand new computer, and they found a whole lot of viruses. They somehow portrayed themselves as HP tech support, which I'm not sure how my assistant got to them, but the end result was 2 months later that computer got hacked and was made not to work right. On top of that, all the files were taken and deleted. A week later I get a call out of the blue form iyogi and they ask for me. They tell me "It's tech support form yogi". I then say "Ya, I think you gave my computer a virus". They hung up.

scam
The following should help with starting a class action lawsuit against Iyogi.net.
Corporate Headquarters: Iyogi Inc, 291 Broadway Suite 803, New York, New York 10007. Their CEO is Udhyan Challu and can be reached at 212-203-2681. This information is available to the public from the New York Better Business Bureau website. To date they have an "F" rating with this bureau. If indeed they're running a sophisticated scam on a large scale then its best to file a complaint with the FBI at
www.ic3.com. Hope this helps a bit now let's go after them baddies.

problems with iyogi
Company maintains they are available 24/7. Not so.
Called Monday, May 23 during business hrs and was forced to "CHAT" with a technician.
Original problem was resolved after they "took over" my computer with my permission.
Situation became worse when I could not locate some files. Called back, had to "CHAT" again ..... to no avail. Could not resolve issue.
WHAT IS THIS?
They list a host of numbers to be called and NONE are in service..
Would appreciate any feedback from you. NEED MY COMPUTER!!!!!
Have an account effective until August 2016 . They repeatedly ask to upgrade this at an additional crazy charge. Please help..
Thank you
