Paying delivery for a package being sent to me.
Since when does one has to pay for the delivery service or for the insurance of the package being delivered to them?
1) I did not order this package or made a purchase of any kind.
2) This package, which is suppose to be from iphone's draw, could fit in an large envelope, yet I am being told I have to pay near a thousand dollars ($950) for this to be delivered to me.
3) They speak of every thing being confidential, yet, the carrier service they are using has detail information of what is in the package. So much so, that they want the receiver to pay a rediculous sum of money to get it. Did not their client already pay them to make the delivery?
4) They say you have a limited among of time to claim this package (20 days). Yet, they do not answer their phone when you call and take days to answer your email.
