www.intownsuites.com - their customer service is nothing but nightmare!!

Intown Suites hotel which located at 8310 Two Notch rd Columbia, South Carolina is not recommended to anyone!
the stove and I complained about this to manager and representative many times but in two weeks nothing was improved, they even didn't move my family to another room. Moreover, these people don't respect their customers, their manager had a key and once he just walked in my room without my permission. After I complained about this I received nothing but a rude reply and I moved out. After such experience I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!
