They don't care whose name they put there
I am planning to sue this company, as it took my family members name to list as one of the criminals on their website. They just use their search engines to look up people on the internet, and they do not care whose name they going to take. Beware of instantcheckmate.com .

Afetr a pop up window appeared, money has been withdrawn from my cc
A pop up window has opened when I visited instantcheckmate.com. Later I noticed that some cash has been withdrawn from my credit card.
Beware of such tricks and do not visit this website!

This company lied about their terms and conditions
This company lied me about their terms and conditions and never provided promised services! I was their member for a wile but then tried to cancel my membership - they overcharged me for the cancellation but before they said that there is no fees for it and then several times I received a bill from them for no services. This company is unreliable, beware and stay away!

Do not pay them. Worst job ever.
When I signed up with this company, I did not realize that they would do such a crappy job. I did not receive any of the required reports that were done correctly. Everything was wrong. I have paid them money, and since they did not fulfill the order, I reported about it to my bank, and they helped me to get the sum back.

not what he claims to be
Be careful and better stay away from this website! All their advertisements are fake and once they already stole my money without a shame - after i gave them my private details during the registration. This company is nt safe as it claims to be so you'd better stay away!

I did not know that they would be charging me for just looking at the website. Next thing you know – they have charged my cc for $30.00.

Intentional Slander/defamation of character
This site is committing slander and defamation of character!! I looked up my own name. (Did not pay the company anything). All you do is enter your name, & it takes you through about 8 steps to choose who you are looking for. Then, it has a big bright "warning" sign claiming that "This report on this person contains GRAPHIC content! (As it does not, I have never done or had anything graphic-no pictures, no info whatsoever). This site claims that the report does in fact contain graphic content (and it doesn't say "May contain"). This is infringing upon my rights. And I assume it would say that upon entering ANY name. So please try looking up yourself. If it says that, (and it's up to you to pay them the $ or not), please report it here. Then make a complaint report with Better Business Bureau. This is not right. This is only an advertising gimmick to make it seem more enticing to actually pay them for the "Graphic and Shocking" background report that you will be about to see if you subscribe and pay them money (way too much in my opinion). (And just so you don't doubt me, I have never taken any pics, done anything illegal, done anything graphic, have no social media connections, etc.. And it was my name w/relatives names, my date of birth that appeared). This info should not be available for anyone to have besides myself, or close family. So the only way this info was given, was through IRS, Social Security agency, State agencies, and employment. I have never even applied for credit cards. This appears to be a perfect candidate for a perfect lawsuit, (not for monetary gain, but for removal of such indigenous and slander info.
