Printer Ink


Even though I saw some complaints, I decided to give Inkfarm a try due to the extreme discount in ink cartridges. My order was received within 5 days, I put the yellow cartridge in and and have had no problems at all. Will continue to try the other cartidges as mine run out, but I will continue to order from this company. Karen

POOR ink cartridge life!


I put in 2 new cartridges today and both read, check ink U163. I may have made , maybe , 400 copies total. Needless to say, my boss is unhappy with my ink ordering. Could you have maybe sent a bad few cartridges? Our order was placed early May under Nicholas Stabile 465 Boulevard Elmwood Park, NJ 07407. Thank you Nadine -201 796 5273

Terrible ink cartridges, 1st one print only in blue, the 2nd replacement they sent prints ONLY in dark green. My printer does not even recognize it- and therefore will not tell you how much ink you have or don't have-- this information conveniently comes in the packing material AFTER you buy it. Also, I found after running several tests, prints, etc, the cartridge appears to have no yellow ink. So nothing looks right. Save your money and hassle, buy somewhere else, like directly from your computer supplier, in my case through DELL. The few bucks I saved was NOT worth any of this. I feel scammed.

lost or never sent ink


ordered 4 replacement inks for my cannon printer on 2-8-13..their web site has this ticking clock icon that states if ordered by this time frame. IN STOCK INK WILL BE SHIPPED SAME DAY. it was in stock according to them..i ordered with in this time frame 11.30 am cut off time for shipping was i believe 3pm.also web site states 2-8 days shipping. they ship from Seattle wash. I'm in Sacramento ca. usually usps arrIves here in 2 days maybe 3... Ive ordered from this state many times. the stated method was usps. Monday i e mailed them and asked for tracking numbers. they said they don't use them. i asked for an arrival time and they said the ink was NOT in stock and they had to find it elsewhere. so they believe that it would go out Monday the 11th. i got a return email saying they once again believe that it went out the 11th. NOT SHIPPED BUT BELIEVE IT SHIPPED!! i emailed again told them they should have told me these items were back ordered and when can i expect delIvery. they said they should arrIve in 2 days. on the 13th i again asked by e mail where are they. they ignored my question and for the next week only replied with the same words they shipped out and will arrive in 2 days. 10 days went by no ink 12 days no ink. sent them angry emails threatening to dispute the transaction. once again its on its way. i believe Ive been scammed or at least some of the worst customer service Ive experienced. most ink Ive ordered arrIves in less than a week coming form much further away then Seattle. don't do business with this company ever unless you want this treatment. at the very least these are lying assholes!!!

Submitted order to inkfarm.com Jan. 6th. As of Jan. 19th not received. Inquiries about order totally ignored. Will never do business with this company again. If you need printer supplies order from Inkjetsuperstore.com. They are awesome....inkfarm SUCKS.

Have not received cartridges over 2weeks now either cartridges or money back or will consult attorney generals office of west Virginia.Tosee about filing charges against inkfarm and consult BBB

I received Canon 240XL cartridge,and am very disappointed in the amount of copies I got from it. I did not even get 100 printed pages. What can you do about this problem?
