booking not accepted
Sir, my consumer No. 14545 Gayatri Gas Service (Ph No. 22182606 and 22567107). Todya i.e. 13/12/11, I lodged a complaint about leakage of LPG gas cylinder on Mob No. 9911554411 vide complaint No. 832964 and 834839 but it is still pending and in the morning my mother personnaly went to the agency (Gayatri Gas Service) and informed about the leakage of LPG cylinder but no body come to see. Sir, I request you to kindly take remedial action for replacement of LPG gas cylinder. Thanks. My Mobile No. 9990877899 and 9350863320.

non delivery
I have received SMS in my mobile & checked in IVRS systems that customer 36938. booking number is 380384. cylinder was delivered on 13.12.2011 & cash memo number is 10750. But I have not received cylinder. why wrong message I have got in SMS & as well as in IVRS systems. Is it just eye wash or cheating? what does it mean?

NON ISSUE OF CEYLENDER ON TRANSDER VOUCHER
Sir,
My name is Vijay kumar(consumer no-46511 of indane gas in moga).I am Living in 3, Parwana Nagar Moga-142001.My Distributor Name is MOGA GAS SERVICE, Railway Road, Moga-142001.I visited many tine to my distributor for issuing me two cylinder instead of one.But they do not give me any response.Please Resolve The Issue Immediatedly .I shall be very thankful to you.

Regarding new connections
I have booked my gas on 13th Jan 2012 consumer no 27227and booking no is 9367-4153168 and cash memo 12290 generated on 20 th Jan but till now have not received my gas. So Please go through the case of not delevered the gas cylinder till now.

no supply of cylinder
Dear Sir,
this is for your information that we have your service but your distributor are not serving their jobs.i m trying to booking my gas connection since last 15 days but they are not booking my connection and asking me to book my gas through their helpline no...and when i tried to call on their number then they are not receiving their number.we are facing so much problem due to their irresponsible behaviour .kindly try to solve my problem.they are also denying to give me DVC.kindly provide me my DVC.

I am Mrs Biva Kayal, ( Vill+P.O- Hotar, 24pgs(S) pin 743610 ) my consumer no. is 0020085( Dabol cylinder ) at Baruipur Gas Service at Kulpi Road Kolkata 144. we gas booked online a cylinder on 27march 2012(booked no 376184) and all time one month is going to be complete and no gas has been supplied and when we talked to that agency they replied that gas is not available but at same time private howkers are taking and selling at high prices . So please look into the matter.
