Did not reserve us a hotel!

I am filling this complaint so that everyone would know about this SCAM!!!
These scammers ruined my vacation!!!! I went to Mexico for a vacation together with my wife and we booked a hotel through hotels.com who successfully charged my bank account for that!! You cannot imagine how shocked we were to find out that there is no reservation and no rooms available in the hotel!!!!! A few hours later I got an e-mail with the cancellation of my reservation from hotels.com, I talked to customer service agents for a few hours and it didn’t result in anything!!!!!!! What a scam!!!!!!!!!!
