poor service
Purchased an e-cig from this company and they send me damaged item. While I was trying to make and exchange I received the worst and very rude customer service and the damaged item was never exchanged. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Embarrassment of a business
Immoral man and business. Horrible horrible customer service. Sounds like many other people have experienced the same. He stole my money by sending a used condition product that doesn't work correctly and is dangerous and refuses to do anything about it for very bad reasons. Believe me our not, but when it happens to you, please be sure to file it here and other review sites and BBB. Its not right that they get away with this.
