Hondacity diesel Car - Terrible noise

Dear Sir ,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have bought Honda city Diesel in Month on March 2015 at Sundaram Honda , Hyderabad . It is not even a year now Engine is making heavy noise. The same was even admitted by your Dealer M/s Dakshin Honda - Magrath Road.

On 24th Feb 2016 , I have visited the service center , wherein I understood that Senior technician was not available and to address this issue it would take 3 days. So Instead I have dropped the vehicle on 29th Feb 2016 at M/s Dakshin Honda - Magrath Road. Now after 3 days when inquired about the status , I got information that still HONDA has reverted with the spares which may take another 2-3 days. However Service Manager was kind Enough and agreed to deliver vehicle tomorrow as he has already logged in the complaint.

But as understood from Service manager upon receipt of confirmation of necessary spares it would take minimum 15 days to procure spares and later another 7 days to fix the spares. This would lead to nearly a month to address this problem .

This is not really satisfactory as being Japanese company and Honda city being fast moving vehicle with Max sales since 2 years , still spares lead time is so high. So I request the concerned to expedite this with more speed and do needful , as I need ti bear this noise for another Month.

On 2nd March I have raised this issue to your customer relations through email, for they have responded promptly to revert . However as I have not heard , until have sent reminder again on 8th March 2016 . finally I have received a mail from customer relations on 21st March that Dealer shall contact me in this regards.

Later upon receipt of call from Dealer M/s Dakshin Honda ( Magrath Road , Bangalore ) , I have handed over the vehicle myself on 31st March 2016 . They have informed me that Head Pump shall be replaced but due to unavailability of Gasket I need to wait for a 10 days , which finally they have delivered on 13th April 2016.

I thank them for doing necessary replacement of pump head , but still CABIN NOISE has not come down to satisfaction level , It is very noisy as compared to any other Honda city diesel car. As mentioned earlier I have bought this car in March 2015 and within 1 year problem started and even after 1.5 Year I am still suffering . I have bought this car with lot of expectations from Honda. Now not sure how this problem is going to be resolved and do I need to live with it. Please do needful.

I Hope this grievance would be addressed with at most priority without any further follow up
