I did not receive my purchase not a refund

I have purchased four Vinturi Essential Wine Aerators a few years ago. I paid $150 for them. but soon after I sent them the money, they have answered me that they will not be able to ship me the aerators.

Of course I was waiting for a refund, but they did not inform me about it. I have contacted PayPal, and they replied to me saying that they were not able to contact the company, so they can not do anything about my lost money.
