Inexperienced hair stylist

I have been going to the salon for years the manager Michelle and the Stylist Sheila are awesome. Recently I went to get my hair highlighted as I always do and Sheila wasn't there and Michelle was with another client so I had a girl named Laken highlight my hair never again the foil bled numerous areas she under processed it leaving it red and brassy and then left lined and was more than half an inch away from my scalp.
