To Whom It May Concern
My name is John Briley. In 08 I bought a new Hino. I have had nothing but trouble with this truck since it was brand new. The vehicle has been in the shop approx. 9 times for fuel system problems. I just got it back out of the shop, and it is got problems again. The check Eng light is on again and the truck will not accelerate over 15 mph. All the problems have been taken care of under an extended warranty. Our attorney was instrumental in getting me this extended warranty. The problems with this vehicle have all but put me out of business. I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase. I have received nothing but bad service and lots or run around about the repairs. I am having to pay for all of the towing, to Houston Tex, to have it repaired, and the repairs only last about 3 days. I am extremely disillusioned with your product, and lack of concern and lack of knowledge on how to take care of the problem.
