Beef and pork pkg

The meat that we purchased from Dale Peterson this month is not to our satisfaction. I have called your phone multiple times and left messages to return our call and talk to us about your satisfaction quarantee. We have not received a courteousy call as of yet. Black Angus Hurt My Fiance

Following is a statement that I emailed to Black Angus today, 5/18/03, on their website (in the Contact Us section):

I want you to know that, although we used to frequent Black Angus often, we will never eat at your facility again, and I will always give your establishment the most negative rating and opinion of any that I have been to. Approx. 2 years ago, my fiance and I were eating at the bullseye bar, and Black Angus was having a promotion with a DJ, asking the audience at that time answers to questions, and, if you could come up to answer a specific question, you win a prize of some kind. My fiance went up the ramp from the bar to answer the question, and as she did that, fell half-sideways on the floor due to a leak in the ceiling that water was always dripping thru to the floor. She slipped, hurt her back severely, and spent the next 2 days in emergency due to the back pain, almost breaking her wrist trying to stop the fall, and severe rips of skin off of her knee. Over the past 2 or so years, she has seen many doctors, and forced to have major pain management programs such as shots, chiropractic and even hypnosis to try and alleviate some of the pain.

Since then, she was contacted by Gallagher-Bassett, your insurance company. She thought they were acting in her best interest to come to a settlement, rather than hire an attorney to take your establishment to court. She has been discussing the case with them over the past year or more, expecting them to finalize a settlement between her and them. It appears that Gallagher-Bassett was playing Susan Thompson (my fiance) to gain time, rather than assist her in the lifelong spine and nerve damage that she will now suffer, because Black Angus was more interested in promotions than the health and safety of their clientele.

Gallagher-Bassett recently contacted her, after many (unforeseen by her) delay tactics, only to state to her that the Statute of Limitations was up, and now she has no recourse in the matter.

I am absolutely ASHAMED of Black Angus and your insurance representatives, and will continue to complain to whomever will listen. You cannot imagine how much pain that Susan Thompson, who, prior to that time was in excellent physical shape, is experiencing. She cannot even sleep in bed without experiencing extreme pain, waking her up many times during the night and forcing her to take pain medication.

Black Angus is an AWFUL establishment, and I intend to send this statement to as many Media sources that I can until someone will pick this situation up and assist Susan in this matter.

shady situation Halverson's

was lied to about the meat saying that it is hormone and antibiotic free. person that came to our door was looking all over behind me as he was talking. lucky that we have a police officer that lives 2 doors down. I'm worried that this is a set up for something, identity theft or something else.

suspicious workers!!??

My security cameras caught them as they stopped only at my house and suspiciously looking around and knocking for about5 minutes then pulling off and not stopping at any other house on the block.... if you seen what I seen you would also say suspicious!!

Don't pay in advance!

In August of 2016 Jon McDermott, a salesperson for Halverson's Meats, stopped by my place asking if I needed any meat. I had bought from him a number times in the past and been satisfied with the product. I didn't really need any more at the time, but he said that he would give me a deal if I paid for 5 boxes of meat and then had four of them delivered later. I agreed and paid him. He left one box of meat at the time and said he would be back in October to deliver more. October came and went. No delivery. We called and set up multiple times for him to deliver. He would either call to cancel because he was unable to get any meat to deliver or he just didn't show up. Eventually I did receive one more box of meat in January after I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I was supposed to receive the other three within a week or two. The business still didn't deliver. It's now seven months later, and I still don't have my meat.
