overcharge
I found a great offer at their website - all college books I needed just for a half price. Made a purchase and was waiting for books more than two month and after I received them my account was overcharged twice so I paid even more. Tried to get my money back but they never wanted to cooperate and fix their mistakes. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware!

I have purchased an access to Nutrition and You. I was suppose to get the book, but the code did not work. I contacted the company, and their representative said that it the code should work, so thereš nothing they can do, I have already paid my money to them. What a scam!
