Fake hair
I totally disagree with any negative comment concerning hair argentina. I have been buying hair from Hair Argentina since 2009 from Nigeria and have never had any cause to complain, I have had customers who say the hair is expensive but will come back months later to buy even more because of the quality of the hair.
So I think it is just simply unfair to de-market Oded and his team in this manner. It is untrue that they sell bad quality hair.
And moreover, their customer service is impeccable, I have an account officer (Orianna) who is very good at what she does and I know Antonella attend swiftly too to my friends and sisters that I introduced to the company and there is a Yuval that is equally wonderful.
So please I will implore all you prospects to disregard any negative comment here and try the company yourself, I am sure a trial will convince you.

Fake hair
i tried them once, and they send thick chinese hair, virgin hair yes, but 100% chinese, sold 5 times the chinese virgin hair you can buy in China ! badly cut and sewn !! avoid them !

i read alot of bad reviews online and got scared but still bought their hair because of a sale that they had
here's the thing
the hair at first before u install it looks a bit shiny aqnd might seem fake but at asoona s you actually put it on and and style it, etc it settles and becomes great looking! its great argentinian hair (i bought the dark dyed wefts by the way)
even hair stylists at any salon i go to, ask about the hair. My friend who sells hair now buys from them because she loves my weave. so do all of my friends
I got my hair in 4 DAYS!
2) YOU MUST EMAIL FIRST BEFORE U BUY ONLINE TO ENQUIRE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT IN ORDR TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAVE IT
you have to email orinanna or whoever during the time of the day in europe when they are online in order to get a quick response
When you do, she'll do a check to see if the color and length of hair thaat you need is available and how much you need
If you go ahead and order and they do not have all you want, they may
1)ignore you due to the volume of emails and calls they have to receive from, their many customers
2)send you something else just so you get hair anyway

GREAT SERVICE
I have been buying their hair for 2 years plus I am shocked at the negative comments. The hair is so pretty and soft and tangle free. Orianna does all my orders and although there is a delay sometimes the hair is always pretty. Also she is so friendly and helpful. I just wanna say that virgin is different from bundle to bundle becoz of different donors do u won't get it uniform all the time. You also have to call them a few times to get yr order thru becoz their always busy. The other thing I like is that the hair is always clean and nit free. If ur a regular virgin hair wearer I will know this is not always the case. That's all I have to say. Tino from Canada.

Hairargentina your reply was very rude and unprofessional! I will not order from you as the customer service is horrible! You have someone that sent you a lrge amount of money and is not pleased with the product, instead of judging your customers character you should do whatever possible to make the happy! Offer them to send the hair back for a better batch...I will make to advise anyone I know NOT to order from you!

Bad Service, Unprofessional Company BEWARE
It seems that this company can be vindictive and passive aggressive when you complain, but I think it is important to provide intimate detail of the company's lack of professionalism when fulfilling orders. I have done business with international companies, and I do understand that there can be a waiting period, thus, when the company lies about the time in which it can deliver than this cuts into my business.
Thus far, I have been waiting 2 weeks for hair that was guaranteed to come in about 4 business days by Hair Argentina. That is gross bad business practice.
Most salons are small-owned businesses, and we cannot afford to lose favor and money from our clients by dealing with a company that does not deliver the product when it says it will deliver.
As well, I have read the responses by what appears (but not confirmed) to be the owners reply to complaints, and the lack of disregard and disrespect in the reply has me regretting that I patronized a business that looks at clients in such poor and disingenuous fashion.
What is also extremely frustrating is that Hair Argentina's representative Antonella gave the perfect pitch about how the company can deliver to get the business, but once I sent the money, I became a second priority. When I began to follow up, she would start speaking with a co-worker in Spanish without saying “Excuse Me”. And as I was expressing my disappointment, she and her co-worker would laugh on the phone in the middle of me attempting to get my orders straightened out.
I have been researching and speaking to a lot of salons that mostly cater to black or women of African descent who use human hair, and since we purchase hair from South America like it is the last supply of water, it is necessary that we demand quality service.
However, from what I've read about the people who claim the service is great have added a caveat, like, "it does take long", or "make sure you call them repeatedly to get the supply you want," or "be specific about the type of hair you want because they will throw in what they have in stock."
When we do not respect our consumer power, this type of company makes millions, and doesn't care who they please.

Please I am thinking of ordering their spanish and argentina hair, please any positive or negative feedback will be highly appreciated.
Secondly @ Edith from Nigeria, @ Tino from canada - do you sell? I mean you buy in large quantities and the quality is alwayss same? And please what hair in particular do you buy?
@ hair pieces and hair wefts - I understand your frustration and it may make you loose significant number of your clients because the can't always verge you have hair when they need it. But besides that, is their hair quality very good? Are their hair genuine hair?

Bad product & Bad customer service
I placed a online order for bulk hair from Hair Argentina and after waiting 3 weeks I did not receive my product I had purchased. So I became concerned and emailed them and waited 1 more week, still no response but my payment had been processed when I placed the order. So I sent a message thru paypal and FINALLY I get a email from Orriana. So I respond to her email and wait, again no response. At this point I am upset and I open a claim with Paypal requesting a refund of my money on a saturday. On Monday morning at 5am my time I get a phone call from Orriana, yelling & screaming at me about opening a claim with Paypal. She demanded I close the claim because their company provides great service & products. She states that "she tried to contact me several times and did not get a response from me", this was a big LIE. I never received any form of contact until I used Paypal. So after she calmed down enough for me to ask about my order, she claims that because I am a new customer my shipping info must be verified. Totally understandable, but no one made any contact, so where is my order, my money, what is going on??? She finally says my order is packaged and ready to ship the same day, once we get off the phone she will email me with the tracking #. I wait until the next day for that email, then I called and got a message machine where you can only leave a message you cant speak with anyone. After leaving the message I emailed her again. Then I get a email with a reply of on the tracking #, no message. After tracking the package & speaking to a Rep at the shipping company the package was not sent only the shipping label was printed. So again I contacted Paypal with the info & 2 days later I get the package. Okay lets inspect this hair.... The hair was Virgin hair but 3 different textures, 2 different colors & a Super strong Chemical smell. I have tried several different methods of removing this odor & no luck. DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIR ARGENTINA they have bad products & customer service.

hair argentina is not a fake at all
I've been a client from Hair Argentina since 2011 and never got bad hair or fake hair as some say, i can see some complaints where people discredit the company by their customer service, i've never had a bad experience with Antonela or Oriana, they've been very kind and helpful with all of my orders. People should know that natural hair sometimes is hard to get and that stock is not always available for each of the different products, so i advise future clients to get in touch with them before placing orders, that's what they told me, so i'm not waiting in vain for my goods. it's been very pleasant to work with them and above all , i repeat, never got fake hair from them.

hi loppy i can tell u i have used the hair form hair Argentine i bought from my friend she use to order from there im originally from Namibia the hair is quality trust me i had my Argentinean hair for for then 10yrs use them more thn 8 times a year u will never go wrong about hair wholesale im not sure. but Argentine are good eventually gave them away to my little sister who still uses them too

Bad quality hair
I ordered hair argentina to tell u I was disappointed is d least.customer service zero,u can't trust them. They will miss ur hair up if order for culy,it will be missed with wavy,if order for straight,u'll get wavy.and u won't get the right length.very unapologetic,deceptive and terrible customer service
