sold me damaged DVDs and never made a refund or exchange
Beware of GuitarControl.com - this is just another scam and must be avoided! Never ever buy from them!
I purchased various DVDs from them and all items which I received were damaged and didn't work. I've send them back and claimed for a refund but I never received any reply from them. I just paid money for nothing!

keyboard dvd's
ordered 3 keyboard DVD's, was told the order would be acknowledged in my e-mail in 5 minutes. It's been 9 days and still no acknowledgement OR merchandise. I am hammered with more requests to order more merchandise but cannot get a reply to multiple e-mails. Tried to call and am told to leave a # but again they never respond. Thank goodness my credit card company filed a dispute and they are giving me a credit. Oh, did I mention, the course I ordered was advertised for $69.00 but they charged my credit card $179.00. Beware of these scam artists.
