terrible costumer service, unreachable, no product delivery
I agree. They got me in a vulnerable moment. I have called and left a message. No return call. Tried to have payments blocked through my bank but cannot as the are using my account as an automatic card payment. I can't believe that they think they can send you a xeroxed credit contract with specifications hand written in, in a hand written addressed envelope with no business logo or information included except that go-nowhere phone number. I will NOT stop until I get my money back. This fraudulent company will not win!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I almost fell for this scam, myself. I turned them down because I could not afford the monthly fees. I'm so glad that I did not give them my info!

First of all I bought a computer laptop from Guaranteed Computer they have been nothing but good to me as I have bad credit and they still were able to finance me. Yes its 12mos yes you meet a $300 down pmt to ship computer but I was allowed to make pmts on the down pmt then monthly after that. It takes 4-6 wks because you must hit the down pmt 1st. I have 1 pmt left on my computer and I hit a rough time during the 12 mos and i clld and was able to push my pmt up they worked with me. And it will help my credit in the long run. Again if you have the down pmt you can just pay that. Needless to say I will be ordering a Desktop this time. And no matter where you go you have to put a down pmt to get a product or a Credit Card that some of us don't have. You can not get something if there is no recourse back.

I never have any prob getting through. They are on Pacific time. So maybe that would help you.

I havent made a payment im trying to cancel the order bought a new comp, they dont answer and never call you back, I guess ill have to cancel my card, so they dont just draft it, i sent email, letter and call, you ppl who say you dont have a issue getting thru, are liers, and must work for the company
this is a scam stay far away!!!

If you cancelled then you should be fine. I don't know why you are saying this company is a scam, I have had no problems and I am still a happy customer. My computer I purchashed last March is one payment from being paid off. I am about to order another one for my daughter who is leaving for college in august.
