charged me a $10 service fee
Booked a trip to NYC with them and was told it'll cost $37. But in truth they charged me $47. Called them and was told the ten dollars is a service fee! This was never stated on their website and that wasn't told to me over the phone during the booking process! Beware!

wrong bus ticket - result of a wrong phone number
I have been given the wrong phone and in a result purchased the wrong ticket for a bus. Now the company won’t refund me the money since it was my own choice to pick this ticket. I never knew that they were the wrong company.
