Stay away!

Stay away from Got All Auto Parts! They have an account on Ebay, where I have purchased some parts for my car. When I made the purchase, they ripped me off more money for the shipping fees!
This is fraud! They should be blocked and closed for good! Scam!

AVOID this transmission facility/ auto parts store at ALL COST.....
I purchased a transmission for my Saturn based on the warrantee (which is not worth the paper its written on) 2 yrs unlimited mileage, I guess its a good warrantee except the first transmission (which is supposedly overhauled and tested) that means the next level upward of a rebuilt because as stated " it has all new parts in it".... funny that transmission would not work in reverse and flagged fault codes on the computer....after some run around, some additional testing etc Jeff...the owner of GOT ALL AUTO PARTS.... said he would send a replacement transmission of which he did, once again...tested and good, Well maybe it would have been good had it been able to go into forward gears...then more time, more conversation, more testing and lots of frustration came the game of...."lets make a valve body deal" this is the game where the business tries to repair their crap product with as little money, thought, concern for the customer by giving them the run around on how the valve body is in need of additional parts, needs to be built, will be shipped, but was not...then shipped again but it was not...then well ... you get the picture. The installing transmission shop not only did all of the requested repairs mandated by JEFF.... but went as far as ordering the complete proven replacement valve body which was in fact installed and later removed because it had no effect on the condition of the "rebuilt and tested good transmission" ....more time more wasted effort and finally a 3rd transmission arrives at the installing facility after being "tested" on another car in Michigan.... amazing, the 3rd transmission worked.....
For all of you out there keeping score, it now has been 7 months....my car runs.... but cannot be picked up because the fine folks at GOT NO AUTO PARTS THAT WORK....aka gotallautoparts.com and its owner JEFF...have so far refused to pay the bill for the work of replacing 3 transmissions and several valve bodies. It seems to be that this fantastic warrantee that this transmission apparently does not have has cost them more than they want to pay. Picture if you will .... a transmission facility, making as many as they do, does not actually have a test cell to run their units on and that "tested" means YOU test it when it arrives and either works or not. There are laws actually against this kind of treatment, I will have my attorney contact them, maybe after some legal fees and positive motivation, negative publicity and such Jeff may decide that it will cost him more than handling my problem, really 7 months.... how patient are you willing to be?

Horrible Business

I am currently in the same situation as "towing world". Keep getting the run around by Jeff, who never calls back. I received my first transmission from them in Feb.2015. Paid for install and it only had 1st and 2nd gear. Slipped in reverse. Jeff sent a open packaged " new servo" that did not remedy the problem. Two months later finally got a replacement for the first transmission that did not work. Now I'm on the hook for a the price of a second installation. Jeff will not agree to pay for 2nd install even though he has stated he would. I told him to split it with me and he agreed that he would. Sent a copy of bill to Jeff who then stated he will have check cut and FedEx shipped to me. It has been 3 weeks since that conversation and no check. When I call to get an update he is always busy and will call back and never does. I have spent a total of 45 minutes on hold before on one phone call. This is the worst company to do business as they "Jeff" is not a man of his word. Don't imagine they can stay in business to much longer before some of us pull a class action lawsuit against Jeff and his business or lack there of. If anyone else is having the same problems please contact the BBB where he is located. I foresee a lawsuit in his future very soon.

Don't trust the Owner JEFF

I purchased a transmission which I was told was being "delivered" on a Wednesday made arrangements at my workplace since it could not be delivered to my home. When it did NOT arrive I called and was told it would again be "delivered" on Thursday my arrangements AGAIN and AGAIN NOT delivered. Then told on Friday it won't make it until Monday- I then drove to Latham NY 1.5 hrs from my home to pick it up. When I called Kevin said they would reimburse me the shipping fee which I appreciated-when I did not receive such I called back to speak to the owner JEFF who after arguing with me said he would refund my shipping but "it wasn't his fault." I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PORTION OF MY SHIPPING CHARGE JEFF IS AN OUT RIGHT LIAR. I wouldn't trust a thing about this company if the owner cannot stand by his word!!

Very bad

If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a transmission for nearly $1000 there was a slight delay on shipping due to weather (that was ok) but when it got here it was missing the torque converter. They said no problem purchase one from O'Reillys (almost $200) and they will reimburse me. So far 1 1/2 months later it seams like a lie. I have called almost every working day for over a month they say they will call back the person I need to talk to is busy (thy never call back) when I do and actually talk to some one they say it can take a week to process it hen it will be mailed certified mail. It has still not come when I call back they give me a different date each time. bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Van Transmission

My experience.
Bought a transmission for my van in June of 2014. The transmission was supposed to be complete but arrived without a toque converter. Was able to sort that out eventually and they sent torque converter transmission installed toward end of June. Drove van from summer of 2014 to summer of 2015 including about a 3,500 mile road trip for vacation. Van spent most of 2015 in garage and making short trips around town while I searched for a replacement side window. Found window left in May of 2016 for another road trip. Another 3,500 miles. Van was 60 miles short of making it back home when the transmission crapped out. Hauled van home put it in garage never thought about it having a two year warranty and didn't have the time, money or inclination to mess with it at the time. September I got it into a shop and was told I needed a new transmission. I started looking at my options and noticed gotallautoparts advertising replacements with a 2 year warranty. Checked my old email and sure enough that is where I bought mine. I was bummed that I had not contacted them in June when transmission died. Sent Jeff an email Oct. 3rd explaining that I realized it was past the warranty date but the transmission had not actually lasted the 2 years it was warrantied for. Asked only if he could work with me on a replacement. Oct 3rd Jeff replies asks for invoice. I reply that I only have the transaction number I provided from the original order email. He replied again on the 3rd that he would have someone look into it and get back to me. On the 5th I ask how things are going. On the 7th I ask if we are getting any closer to figuring something out on my transmission. Jeff replies on the 7th that he will warranty the transmission. I will need to pay shipping to and from but they will fix it at not cost. We trade a couple of other emails about shipping and he tells me to call when mine is ready to ship and he will have someone call to arrange discounted shipping for me. I email on the 14th that it is ready to ship. He asks for a number so someone can call me. I provide my cell number. On the 18th I provide my cell number again. On the 20th I ask if there is a name I can call. On the 24th he tells me to call Amber. I call Amber only to learn my transmission is out of warranty and they cannot do anything. I explain that I have been emailing Jeff and he said he would warranty it. Amber tells me she will need to talk to Jeff and will call me back. After a week of trying to talk to Amber again without success I finally talk to Kevin who tells me he will figure out what is going on and get back to me. Kevin calls me back to tell me it is a no go on the warranty. I did not contact them within the warranty period so I am out of luck best he could do would be knock $75 off the price of a replacement. I emailed Jeff to let him know how disappointed I was with that answer. Had he simply told me that at the start I could have been on to plan B and would most likely be driving my van now. I did not appreciate having my chain yanked for a month and then being told sorry no warranty. Jeff responded Nov. 1 that he could sell be a replacement for $400 plus shipping. I asked what the total cost including shipping would be and if I had to send my old one back. He again asked for a number to reach me and said he would get an exact quote on the shipping and get back to me. Still waiting. If you elect to do business with them (and I cannot recommend that based on my experience) try to deal with Kevin as he seemed to be the only one capable of following through on something as simple as returning a phone call.

Beware do not buy from them

We bought a transmission july 2016. It was bad. We paid to ship it to us, then paid to ship it back. It is suppose to be guaranteed and they did not send a full refund. My husband who is battling cancer had to call them from July to March 2017 weekly and Amber would lie and say the check is coming. When we did get the refund March 2017 it was $113.00 short. They cheated us and I would recommend you never do business with them.
