bad service
i ordered some flowers online from england with gogoflorist thailand on the 20/2/13 to be delivered to a friend on the 21/2/13, it is now evening in england on the 22/2/13 and no sign of the flower being delivered to my friend.
i got a email saying they recieved my order after i had paid for it, then not long after that had another email saying they had checked the order and all was fine and they would email confirming delivery.
it was surposed to be a surprise for my friend after waiting all day on the 21/2/13 and not getting an email i had to call my friend and ask if they got any flowers they said no and had not been called about them ethier, i gave them her number when ordering the flowers.
the order number is gg2349 , we spent all evening on the 21st and all of today 22nd trying to email and call gogoflorist many times but no answer.
no idea whats happening , very angry and annoyed, i no things go wrong but not to have any contact from them is totally out of order.

Horrid service
It is my girldfriend's birthday. Had an advance booking, payments collected by Flowers International. Called, emailed and no response. No confirmation email received other than paypal.
Horrible service and look set to destroy my day. Will not recommend and will never use them again.
