There very unprofessional

So I ordered the faux locs crotchet hair about a week ago and I never got a conformation email or anything saying the order was processed only yesterday the supervisor emailed back and never replied back again after I responded so I called today and the guy was like oh we emailed you back saying the hair wasn’t in stock so If the hair wasn’t in stock that day why did you guys accept the payment and why is it still showing on the website that it’s available he like oh it takes a while for the website to do update that the hair is not in stock then he got the nerve to ask me if I want a different style I said no I want my money back
