Wire transfer

I have emailed this company numerous times about my wire transfer not going through and they have yet to reply about this ordeal i just recently found out that my card company doesn't receive wire transfers so what exactly will happen to my money since it's not on my card or in my glyde account please reply if anyone has any advice on this situation please get back to me at [email protected]
