Cofusion

I really do enjoy the site when it's not constantly putting my account on hold . I brought from glyde three times & each went perfectly. But my mom's credit ad expired , so we put the new one she had gotten & everything bad that could have happen , happened . Every account got put on hold , then all of them got suspended. I also did a summer youth job this summer , but they give us prepaid debit cards , i ended up buying my iPhone 6 a third time . This time i thought it went perfect . Then they asked for my card information but there wasn't much since it was a prepaid debit card , but i gave them what i could . I've been waiting & checking since Friday to see if there was something wrong . Nothing so i relaxed , today my account gets put on hold for NO REASON, i don't even understand what went wrong . I know i have money on my card .Please Help !!!
