I just want you to know that I went to globe telecom in greenbelt last two days, I will inquire to postpaid plan because I am interested to get one. But the assigned employee to entertain customers that are inquiring did not assist me. Instead she was chatting to the other employee. Please take actions for this. Thank you

Misleading Advertisement, etc.

One of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Had been a subscriber for almost 7 years, but decided to let it go despite that I stayed that long if it weren't for my number. I maybe sometimes late in payments but nonetheless I do settle them. My first squabble with their service was after first my lock-in period for 24 months ended, I decided to re contract with them. In fact it was well more than 24 months because, they never call nor offer in letter or text nor even in th bill. When I called up customer service I was given the line to their rewards department, which informed me that I was qualified, that i just need to choose, a phone offered under my plan, I just need to settle my arrears which is readily available, I have to drop by their office located in a mall. But even before that, the phone wasnt available. Anyway in mmy waiting it took them about 8 months before the phone was finally issued after several monthly calls to the point I had to finally confront the branch office manager herself to help me out and once in for all decide on it. Imagine the pains of simply renewing a subscription. I even upgraded my plan since I cant get a phone I want. That wasnt the end of it, I wasted 8 months, because the lock-in period begins when the unit was issued not when the1st contrart ends. Then after this first renewal ended after 24 months, I was contemplating if I would go thru that again that I went over 3 months. When I saw one of their ads offering a Phone and a tablet, for a plan, I decided to pay all my dues so I can once again renew my contract and went to their hub, but when I got there, to my dismay only new accounts qualify for the promo. I was kind of surprise, why we a long time customer cant have the same perks asthe new ones. I had to ask a rep who said to call rewards as they only handle new accounts. I called and willing to go with it only when a satisfactory answer why we can't have the same perks as the ones. My logic here is if your purpose is to accumulate more subscribes, then am part of that equation. Because am part of the equation since am renewing my contract so they can maintain more subscribers, but even rewards supervisor can't give a logical answer it and even took note and said she'd bring it to higher management and call me back, which they never did. Further moreI had pointed out that ads don't even have a footnote indicatingfor new accounts only finding it misleading and believe many subscribers fell for it only to find out they are not part of it. I was really pissed, until now I wasn't given an answer maybe because I cut off my account to my dismay.

Horrible Internet Speeds and even worse customer service

I hate how the internet speed is ALWAYS 1/10th the actual advertised speed. Not to mention that Philippine internet is also incredibly slow. We are paying for a 2GB dl speed internet connection but we are only getting about 250(highest I have seen) kbps on downloads. Not only that, but there is a download cap! After downloading about 4.5 Gigs of data per day, the internet slows down to 60kbps. This hinders users from downloading large files or games through Steam and other applications.

The customer service is even worse. If you call them and they promise to have someone come to your place the following day, the people will NEVER and I say NEVER come unless you call them 3 more times! Another thing is that Globe constantly changes our account password without notifying us! This is an atrocity that has robbed us of our internet connection for more than 2 weeks, and it has happened MORE THAN 5 TIMES. The people on the line are also as dumb as f. I always call when the internet suddenly stops working (and the usual culprit is the changing of passwords without our intent) and they always make the calls last longer than they should. I know the problem(it's something with the IP address, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN FIXED THROUGH THAT) but they never listen and they insist to do it their way! It takes me 2 -3 calls before I can get a decent guy that actually knows what I am talking about. They've also been giving the same excuse FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. "Sir they're fixing something near your area". Pure bullshit. I hear this excuse everytime the person I talk do can't fix my problem. Like I said, it takes 2-3 calls before I get a person who knows what to do.
