Laiza Rynna D URMANETA

I would like to make a complaint regarding this employee Laiza Rynna D URMANETA, a Sales Strategy, Development and Operations of Globe Telecom who has been working with me regarding a postpaid application. I understand that some of us may not qualify, however each customer who applies for a product regardless if they qualify or not deserves a prompt feedback not to keep them hanging. This Laiza at the beggining kept on calling getting information from me, then asking you to submitt whichever and filling up forms (I'm not even sure if she or they go thoroughly through the requirements I submitted). Then when you do a followup, never care to return your text message or answer your call. And your motto for globe says "Globe cares"? I just hope you will treat your customers properly and response promptly. Honesty is everything. We just need a feedback, Be professional enough and attend to whatever is due to us.

DELIVERY DELAY

Got approved for plan 299 on BB9220. was told it would be delivered by Jan 28,2013. But until now nothing has been delivered. Called up and had a chat with several Globe representative but could not provide me with a Tracking Number from their courier which I know of is AIR21. Has also contacted AIR21 but could not trace anything without a tracking number?? Now I'm left clueless to whether or not they wish to deliver the phone.

HOW COULD THEY DELIVER A PHONE WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER? IS IT PLAIN STUPIDITY GLOBE OR WHAT???

iphone5 delayed delivery

i applied for a plan reset back in January 06, 2013 availing the ip5 uNder plan 1799. its already 2Nd of February aNd nothings happening. Last 2 weeks they advised me that my haNdset will be delivered withing 3-5 business days.every week I'm waiting aNd nothings coming, I called again today 2/2/2013 arouNd 4pm aNd spoke to the 1st rep aNd was advised that it still have an hour so please monitor it first aNd after 5 or worst would be 6pm if no one comes call them back for follow-up.he said as well that if its not delivered today it will be delivered tomorrow which i know is Saturday aNd most of the courier services doesn't operate on weekeNds. so i waited until 6pm aNd no one comes. i called again aNd spoke to a girl rep aNd told me that she will escalate it aNd i will receive a callback on MoNday which i doubt because it happens many tI'mes that they assure you someone from their team will call within 24-48hours but no one does.i ask her it its possible to be deliver tomorrow since that was the first rep said aNd she said no because courier services doesn't operate on weekeNds.why you always tell customers different things?are you not trained to one staNdard information. i experienced many tI'mes that different reps tell you different things. i hope i will receive a feedback on MoNday as i cant wait everyday on the haNdset to arrive as I'm doing other stuffs as well. I hope once you said that it will be done within a specific tI'meframe make sure to do it as soon as you can or if there's a problem or delay please make sure to get back to your customers for feedback so that we will be aware as well of the situation.

I hope once you said that it will be done within a specific tIme frame make sure to do it as soon as you can or if there's a problem or delay please make sure to get back to your customers for feedback so that we will be aware as well of the situation.

unauthorized charges by 2123 facebook on globe

on my cellular phone with globe prepaid sim this particular number 2123 charges me Php 2.50 for said facebook on globe which I did not subscribed on this particular promo should be blacklisted or much better banned all together. If globe does not restrict this unauthorized load consuming promo even though I didn't subscribed on them I will not have second thoughts on replacing this service provider.

handset delivery

i do hope this complaint will reach the higher ups of Globe telecom

i have no issues with the signal/ prices/ etc. it's just that their customer reps SUCKS!!! BIGTIME!!! they provide ZERO RESOLUTION.

my phone was supposed to be delivered last friday march 15. they did not show up. no call/ text or anything that would inform me that the phone won't be delivered. i tried calling 211, all they can say is "we'll provide you with a reference number..." . they can't transfer me to their support team. THEY ARE USELESS.

tried twitter. same results. THEY SUCK.
i still don't have the phone. and im thinking to cancel the application. since they cant accomodate their customers at all.

Super delayed Handset Delivery!

i got my application approved last Mar. 13, the rep who called me said that the handset will delivered on the 16th, i waited the whole day. it didnt arrived so i called cmr services to follow up & said that due to system problem, they had to move it on the 18th.. come 18th, as expected.. the handset didnt arrive..called cmr servcs agen.. rep emailed the online team, i received sms says that the system is still down and have to reachedule it on SATURDAY 23rd.. as EXPECTED!!! unit didnt arrive up until now...im tired of waiting and false hopes..your system is an ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!!! the handset is supposed to be a graduation present.. thanks Globe for ruining the plan.!!

Customer Service

After reading several threads of Globe's poor service scares me. Three weeks ago I applied for plan 1799. After a week or so I tried calling their hot-line number. The CSR informed me that someone from their service center will contact me within 24 hours then 2 days came I heard nothing from them. The second was still the same. It's like parroting what they are replying to their clients. After 2 weeks I went straight to Ayala Center Cebu branch to check on it just knowing that their only excuse is that the HR from our company did not reply to their email. I then asked who was that HR so I could follow-up it myself. They could not give me a name and just told me to wait. If I didn't nag them and asked for their manager they did not have my application done.

Here is the annoying part. After I got my unit they tolde me to wait for 24hrs for the activation. Two days later I went back since it is still inactive. They told me another excuse that they have pending applicants and activation will take like 3 days. I called the hot-line again twice and inform me they are very sorry and such should be addressed within 24 hours. After a day I didn't get any of what was promised. Even I did tell them to return the unit and get my money back. I escalate the issue to their manager and check what seems to be the problem.

Their hot-line is ineffecient as well as their service staff. The only option I have now is to return the unit and asked them to give back my money or disregard the plan, buy a new prepaid sim and let them be suffer not paying the 30 months period. Let see if they will not learn from it.

Poor customer service, poor website, inconsistent information and annoying staffs.

Nightmare

I applied for Globe postpaid DSL 5mbps plan which I badly needed for work months ago, but was declined due to availability issues in my location. Since you have a facility available now, I assume that's the reason why you're agent contacted me again.

To make the story short, they have installed my connection last Tuesday, November 5, and was advised that my 5mbps will kick in, I can't remember if it's within 24 or after 24 hrs. Wednesday came and still not activated. Spoke with Mitch Vicencio (Supervisor) and promised to help me and said she will endorse my case to another Sup, Chen, since she her shift end at 12 midnight I guess.. She did help me that night but after Wednesday I have not heard from her again.

Thursday, I have not heard from Globe so I looked for Chen. Chen later called me back but did not help much.

Today, Friday, I would have to call again to follow up on my activation Spoke with Cassie Tongol, and was told that she'll report this matter again.

How long is Globe's 24 hours really?

How long should I wait for the activation of my line? How can you be any different with PLDT? I switched from PLDT becasue of a very bad service. And I was hoping the case will be different with Globe.

Where was the problem coming from? I adhered to what you required me to do, I paid the upfront payment but where's my service?

And now I was told that they are "NOW" encoding my application. What happened?

You should have set my expectation that your 24 hours is actually 24 hours to infinity.

Please help. I need my 5mbps today.

Delayed Delivery of iPhone 5s

Globe Telecom's customer service is unbelivably unrealiable. I called last Monday(12/2) for my retention plan. I upgraded my plan and was supposed to get an iPhone 5s. I was told it will be delivered on Wednesday (12/4). I waited and waited but no delivery came. I called this morning (Thursday 12/5) to escalate the problem and I was told that it will be delivered today. Fast forward to 5pm and I still don't have the phone. I called again to escalate and this time I was told that it will be delivered on Monday. I was not even given a reason why it was delayed. All the agent told me was that they will email their third part courier. I told them to call their courier since nobody replies to their emails. This is not good customer service. When you promise something to your customer, you should deliver it. And don't blame your third party suppliers. It's your responsibility to make sure that your suppliers are reliable.

Oh and don't even bother trying their text chats. I got zero help from the agent. The agent told me to wait for 1-2mins while he looks up my account and then nothing. I got disconnect due to inactivity. And they are the ones who put me on hold! Globe Telecom is absolutely unreliable. You'll regret getting a line with them.

Dear Customer Service ( GLOBE TELECOM)

I am using GLobe prepaid service and always make sure that I have at least php 20 so I can keep using superunl150. I am sure that for this promotion i can use only to text and call GLOBE and TM numbers . My complain is I keep on reloading 20 php and sometimes php 50 so that I can continue to use the promo for 7 days without fail.

What is weird is the balance amount that I am keeping on my phone is automatically being consumed . All of a sudden LOADWATCH will alert me " You balance is now only php 1.00 " so I will wonder because I never used the balance to call or text other numbers -- WHICH I AM REALLY VERY PARTICULAR about ANY INSTRUCTION provided.

SO I JUST WANT TO BRING THIS ISSUE TO GLOBE TELECOM !!! ONE YEAR NA RIN AKO HINDI NAG COMPLAIN BUT FOR ONE YEAR THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING. I DONT WANT THIS THING TO HAPPEN AGAIN FOR THIS YEAR AND MANY MORE YEARS ONWARDS.

Continued and Up to Date Billing

We haven't used the phone and internet since Sept. 2013, after the earthquake, We have done the best in our part to contact Globe CSR's by mail, hotline, and personal visit to their local office all through the days of Sept. 2013 (and whoohaah the times when we badly need it) to formally complain about the disconnection / faulty service, yet no actions were taken up until this moment, not even a feedback. And now their charges are complete and up to date. As if nothing happens. They didn't even bother to make the necessary adjustments of the billing which amounted to P 5,243.56 pesos. Can't they even check their records of cusotmer complaints and their subscriber's log if there were any activity on calls and net usage before they pass the total amount of the bill. Can't they check that as of September 2013 and up to date, we were not able to connect to the internet and make/receive phone calls, because their tech support are busy fixing the Lines and etc....?????? oh but the bill, yes the bill...Complete and detailed
This is what I call ... A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....billing..........

Iphone 5 Warranty replacement phone takes too long to replace

Id like to complain my Iphone 5 only 4 months old over heated the night before on the next day when I checked it was turned off, I tried to charge it since I figured it probably drained out. After a while silver apple logo started to come out however, intermittently it came on and out (i figured it ceased and was deffective). On that same day I went to Globe Sm Clark where I got the plan to report what happened, they told me my I phone would have to be left for assessment by Iphone service center, customer service rep slim galang told me after a week they would call me for the update and in addition claimed that Iphone users with same warranty concerns such as I replacement would take a month at least. A week passed received no call from them on the 2nd week still no call, so I decided to go and visit them upon my visit their a lady customer service checked my request and claimed that after 2 weeks of waiting and no feedback from them my Iphone was not yet forwarded to the service center and was not assessed if phone was for replacement and on top of that the 1 month waiting period for the replacement has now gone up to 2 months! If anybody was put into my shoes it would be very inconvenient, I have already cashed out an amount of P 12,490 for the Iphone and P 1,799 for the LTE subscription so all in all P14,289. As a concerned citizen for all the other Globe plan subscribers here, I urge each and every one of you to go to DTI to file a formal complaint and send a message to Globe that most of us paying customers have been neglected! I already have filed a formal letter and will be invited later this afternoon to their office to discuss my concern! If nobody will do this Globe will not wake up and would continue to neglect their clients, everybody should stand up and claim our fair share of the expected service we need from them!

Worst Application Ever!

Hello. Gusto ko lang i share ang experience ko with Globe, very poor service. I applied for a postpaid plan last year of December 2013 to be exact that was 3rd. Binisita ko yong Globe Store sa Elizabeth Mall sa Cebu, kumpleto yong na submit ko na mga requirements and sabi ng sales agent i have to wait for 3-5 working days for the feedback. tik!tak!tik!tak! ding! one week after may tumawag sa office. After that wala na...nag wait ako until January. but wala pa rin so tumawag ako sa kanila last January i can't remember the date and the customer service agent told me na "Sorry for the incovenience Maam, nag tanong nang marami tungkol sa plan and so on and so forth..." and said " i'll send an email to the back? anong back ba yon? backpack siguro ni DORA na kay BOOTS...! and I have to wait for 24-48 hours again for their call. So, to be exact 1-2 days. right? But nothing.. tawag naman ako ulit..the same phone scenario..blah!blah!blah! 1-2 days again.. pumunta ako sa Globe store sa Emall ang sabi nung girl bumalik daw ang application di ko maintindihan ang reason niya she was questioning at first for the landline number sa office in which tumawag na sila? tapos balik cya sa loob ulit tapos bumalik ang sabi naman niya yong payslip ko daw may problema..i don't know why...making excuses siguro...para nalang matapos kami i said OK nalang sa lahat ng mga reasons niya..and she said wait for 1-2 days again for the feedback.....????????...after 2 days or 3 days wala parin I called again and the same scenario...1-2 days again...then after 1 week, I received a text from Globe and said I have to submit a credit card statement and COE...I ask why? to proceed daw sa processing..ha? on process pa cya tapos 1 month na ang nkalipas? Asan na ang 3-5 working days? Baka nabingi lang ako at baka naman sabi nung agent 3-5 months processing...????????? Until now March 24, 2014 7:44 pm. WALA PANG FEEDBACK FROM THEM!


CONCERN: Hindi ko naman ipipilit kung hindi siya APPROVED! ang sa akin lang sana naman tumupad sila sa mga pangako nila sa mga customers nila..VERY POOR SERVICE! DISHONEST PA ANG MGA AGENTS PARA LANG MATAPOS ANG CONVERSATION MAG PROMISE CLA TO END THE CALL.

scam in globe postpaid subscribers

yesterday, april 17, 2014, i received a text message from a globe number (09179139035) with this message: Globe: Congrats! You're one of the lucky postpaid subscribers to receive a P500 bill discount. To claim your bill discount just text: 500 and send to 29151969871....believing that this is true for postpaid subscribers, i followed the instruction. Who doesn't want a P500 discount in your bill? and for postpaid clients how can our number be taken from your list......we have monthly bills in your network. it is impossible for other people to know that we are postpaid subscribers........with this scam, i would like you to do something about it.....ASAP....so that other postpaid subscribers will not be victimized too. this is a point against your network......if there is no immediate action to this matter, i will post in my FB wall about this matter........

Delivery of unit (recontracting)

GLOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES REALLY SUCKS! I decided to recontract with Globe for another 24 months and to be able to get a new phone. I was assured that the phone will be delivered to me on April 22 but up until now I was not able to receive the phone. I have been calling their hotline but all I am getting are apologies for the delay and was assured (again) that the unit was already with the courier. I have also been told that their courier was Air21, so I tried to call Air21 in our locality but sad to say they are no longer the courier for Globe.wow! What a shame! Dragging another company's name just so they could get away with irate clients. Agents should be honest enough to tell their clients what is really the problem with our transactions with Globe. But on second thought, agents were trained to lie anyway so how can they be honest with their clients. In their own little way, if they were honest enough siguro aasenso pa ang Pilipinas. I now know why the Philippines isn't progressing, it's because of big companies like Globe training their agents to lie to clients!hay! At the end, the customers are always at the losing end and we can't even file legal complaints against them since we are only talking to agents who are only subcontracted by Globe.

delayed ip5s?

delay of ip5s deliver is caused by customer service reps (aegispeople support)...they will change the delivery address into their address and then they will get the unit....go a head ask them..............sometimes even if you're not applying they will process the fraud application and get the units.............

Globe Customer Service in Ayala Mall Cagayan de Oro City Sucks!!

I was in Globe Telecom Ayala Mall in Cagayan de Oro City about a couple of days now. I went there to pay my latest bill and of course to get my statement of account for my personal monitoring in order to keep track my payment every month and for the record I always pay my bill on time to get rid of future conflicts. I waited for my turn in vain because of a very slow accommodation by globe customer service personnel, when it was my turn I asked one of the personnel to give me my latest statement of account and askedher how much do i need to pay for the latest bill, to my surprised she included the previous bill which I paid already, I defended my side and tried to explain nicely that it should not be included because i paid it already but she insisted with a very loud,rude attittude. I was so angry and told her that i will be the one to solve it since it seems like she had no idea about her work, even a very simple computation and verification it waslike hard for her, i walked away and instead I went to the cashier to pay my latest bill, when i asked the cashier as to how much do i need to pay for my latest bill, he gave me the correct amount with previous bill not included. Stupid, dumb and idiot customer service. Globe has a very poor customer service crew. It sucks!!!!!
