refused to pay
My dad bought their premium life insurance policy hoping that if he dies I'll have some money for his funeral. My dad passed away due to natural causes and they refused to pay. This is really unethical practices, stay away!

unreasonable charges
I used their services and everything ws perfect before they started to double charges without any reason. I contacted them and they promised me to fix that mistake but actually they simply ignored it. After such experience I don't want to recommend this company!
