Fraud Company

I would like to share with all of you a very bad experience I have had with Global Hello so that you will not be their next prey. Please also inform your friends to be extra cautious with such companies.
Around mid of last month, I started getting calls from one Mr. Amol Srivastav introducing their international call services and explaining the benefits of signing up with them for their services, initially with USD 50.- In the beginning I was little hesitant and kept saying some excuses but he never gave up and called me repeatedly day and night. He kept on asking me at least to try their services and assured me that their charges will be only BD 0.005 per minute to India from any of my phones registered with them. They will allow us to register 4 different numbers and if we call from that number to any number in India, they would charge me only BD 0.005 per minute. In the first instance, I was not ready to believe this (since the calls will not be through internet like PC to PC or PC to phone etc.) and asked him if there would be any additional charges like local call charges for which he very firmly said that there will be no additional charges as they have some tie-up with Batelco. Still I was not convinced but he reiterated that I don’t need to pay a single fil extra than this BD 0.005 and also assured me that if I am not happy with their services the money will be refunded to me immediately. He was pushing me like anything to register immediately and his calls become very frequent in day and night saying that he has to complete his target before Diwali so that he would get a good bonus etc. etc., so it would be a great help to him too.
Finally I agreed to register giving my 3 mobile numbers + one Fixed line number. Within 10 minutes of registration I got a call from their customer care asking my mobile details like which smart phone I am using etc… I told them that mine is a normal mobile and I do not have any smart phone (This I had informed Amol in the beginning itself and he said the charges are same for any mobile and even from Fixed line). To my surprise, and contradicting to what Amol has told me, the person at customer care said, the reduced rate of BD 0.005 per minute is applicable only for smart phone and not for calls from any other phones. I argued with the guy and asked him to refund my money immediately if this is the case. Within couple of minutes, Amol Srivastav had called me still saying that my complaint has reached to the higher level and he may lose his job and therefore wanted me to speak to his superior and I still feel that Amol himself spoke to me changing his voice a little bit, and said it seems there is a misunderstanding and assured me that if I am calling from a normal mobile or fixed phone there will be an additional local charge only for the first call of the day and from second call onwards there will be no local call charges and again assured me that I will be very happy with their services and if not, the money will be returned definitely.
Since one of the registered mobile and my Fixed phone are post-paid, I tried to call from my prepaid number. I dialed a number in India twice as there was no answer to the first call. The fate of the second call also was the same but still I wanted to check and make sure that my available prepaid credit was unaffected. But I could not believe as almost BD 1.- had already gone from my credit even without getting connected to the desired number. Immediately I called their customer care and reported and also sent mail to their manager. I am repeatedly leaving message for Amol Srivastav for the last 3 weeks and sending mails to their manager since then but so far no one called me, needless to say, lo lot my almost BD 19.-
It was a horrible experience for me, as I feel I was cheated. The money may be not huge but when you realize that someone had cheated you, it would be really frustrating even if the amount is only 100 fils,
I am sharing this experience with you all so that you will be extra cautious with such people and their products and I also strongly advise you not to go for Global Hello service.
